Small Groups are what make a large church feel small. They are the best way to make new friends at RBC, and to GROW together in faith. We have over fifty adult small groups for many stages of life, to help you grow in your relationship with God and others. For more information on small groups please contact Kevin Cook or Christie Schrader in the Discipleship Department.
At Ridgecrest we assist men by providing resources, training, and community with other men to help develop godly character and equip them to lead and make disciples of Jesus in their homes, in their communities, at work, and in the church.
We offer men’s classes on Sundays and Wednesdays throughout the year, as well as mentoring and accountability group opportunities. As a connecting point, we have a quarterly breakfast called Manfood, and an annual Men’s Conference called Pursuit.
Our prayer is that rbcWomen will be a place of refuge that any woman from any walk of life will feel the love and acceptance of our Lord. Spiritual community is important to us as we grow to know Jesus more and make Him known. We strive to help you see that God will meet you right where you are and that you can be confident that He sees you.
The heart of the Missions Mobilization Department at Ridgecrest is to see our neighbors and the nations reached with the Gospel of Jesus. Our model is taken from Acts 1:8 as we seek to be His witnesses locally, cross-culturally, and to the ends of the earth.
