Welcome to Ridgecrest Kids
Ridgecrest Kids is a ministry for babies through 6th grade where children are loved, known, and encouraged to grow in their relationship with Jesus. We believe every child is uniquely created by God and deeply loved by Him. Our desire is to partner with families as children discover who Jesus is, grow in their faith, and learn what it means to follow Him every day. Whether your family has been in church for years or you're walking through our doors for the very first time, you'll find a safe, welcoming environment where kids can have fun, build meaningful relationships, and experience the life-changing truth of God's Word.

We believe discipleship happens best when the church and home work together. Through biblical teaching, authentic relationships, and intentional faith rhythms, we help children learn to worship Christ, belong in community, serve the church, and reach others with the gospel.

SUNDAYS | 9:15am + 10:45am
Small groups for kids meet each Sunday starting at 9:15 and 10:45am. Small groups are age-graded. Lessons include activity-based interaction with teachers who make learning God’s Word enjoyable.
Preschool children can attend multiple hours of Small Group while their parents attend worship, attend Small Groups, or serve. Small Group is filled with Bible study, activities, worship, and fun! Elementary children attend only one hour of small group. We encourage families to include their children in our worship services so they may learn how to worship God with a body of believers.
WEDNESDAYS | 6:30pm - 7:45pm
KidsLife meets each Wednesday evening from 6:30–7:45pm for babies through 6th grade. Wednesday nights are designed to help children grow deeper in their faith through Bible skills, missions, Scripture memory, spiritual disciplines, and meaningful relationships within Life Groups.
Our preschool ministry walks through the entire Bible each year, helping children build a strong biblical foundation from Genesis to Revelation. Elementary kids continue to explore and apply the Bible lesson from Sunday morning while learning practical ways to follow Jesus through prayer, Bible reading, serving others, sharing their faith, and other spiritual disciplines. Every Wednesday is filled with engaging activities, intentional discipleship, and plenty of fun as kids learn to worship Christ, belong in community, serve the church, and reach others with the gospel.
SPECIAL NEEDS
We believe all people are made in the image of God. We treasure families, and our goal is to include people of all abilities in our weekly programming and special events. We want all children (and their grown-ups) to feel welcome and to have the opportunity to grow in their relationship with Jesus. During Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights, we use the Buddy System with our special needs friends. We are most equipped to serve our special needs friends during the 9:15am Small Group hour. KINDRED MOMS | FIRST TUESDAYS (Sept. - May) | 6:30pm
Kindred Moms is a group of women with many individual differences, but we’re kindred spirits in our united desire to love God and our families. We meet in person on the first Tuesday of each month in the Ridgecrest Room. You can expect to enjoy delicious treats, an inspiring speaker, and the fellowship of small groups—all while your children are cared for in our Kindred Kids program. Kindred Moms is for all moms with children in Birth through 12th grade.
