Relational Evangelism Training
Relational evangelism is one of the key components to fulfilling the Great Commission, but many believe it is an intimidating or impossible task. The good news of sharing the Good News is that it does not have to be difficult. In the equipping process we focus how to effectively transition from natural to spiritual conversations and effectively share the simple Gospel message. Watch for training opportunities offered as a regular part of our Wednesday night GROW Classes.

Discover Ridgecrest Dinner
This is a quarterly dinner intended for those who are new to RBC and want to learn more about our mission, values and vision.  At the dinner, guests will get to hear from the pastors and learn what the next steps are for getting involved at RBC.

Celebrate Recovery

Celebrate Recovery is a ministry centered around transformation in Jesus Christ.  Using the Beatitudes as a model, CR has developed 12 steps and 8 principles to lead participants to salvation and help them grow in experience with Jesus.  Ridgecrest hosts CR groups weekly on Thursday evenings, offering classes for men, women and their children.  CR helps people to experience healing and freedom through Jesus.  For more info contact Les Palmer -

Jeffries & Weller Elementary
Ridgecrest has adopted Jeffries Elementary and Weller Elementary Schools as a ministry.  There are many things that God has given us the opportunity to do to share the love of Jesus with the students and teachers at these schools. We provide snacks and beverages for students during yearly exams, Provide lunches for teachers, collect school supplies, and even operate the “Cents of Pride” store in the school.

Front-Line Ministry
Ridgecrest’s Front-Line Ministry is a team of church members who volunteer to welcome people as they enter the building. They are the “front lines” of our ministry here—the first faces that people see when visiting Ridgecrest. Volunteers in this area consist of parking lot greeters, door greeters, Ushers and Welcome Center volunteers.

Encourager Ministry
Encouragers make themselves available during the invitation and response time of the service.  They debrief with individuals making the decision to accept Christ, follow in obedience to Jesus through baptism or join the church.  This ministry is essential to the growth of our church!
