Small Group Coordinator

Organizes & oversees; involves members to help accomplish growth goals.   
You are the organizer….do it or delegate it. Plan with the Teacher and Care Leader. Creatively plan your group’s weekly agenda and announcements (BIG NEWS). LIFE SKILLS are worked on weekly (your Small Group’s Game Plan). Work with P.K. Hinkle and Carl Rees to involve your group in hands-on serving and sharing God’s love! This includes: Mission Possible, outreach and ministry needs. Monitor where each member is serving. Work  with other Pastoral Leadership Team as requested. Plan parties every 1- 2 months (quality events and invite guests).

Small Group Teacher

Shepherds and leads their Small Group in life-changing Bible Study
Continuously and prayerfully prepare your lesson all week long. Pray over the lives of your people and how God’s Word can impact them. In the lesson include at least 10 minutes of “carefully worded discussion questions.” Help your people develop the LIFE SKILLS in your quarterly Game Plan. Be a student of teaching methods and insights, trying new things.

Small Group Care Leader

(Care Leader Manages: Connecting, Crisis, Care and Cords-of-3). Connect….newcomers welcomed, introduced and registered. Care Calls…monthly calls to all says “we love you!” Crisis help…provide hugs and prayers, meals, cards or flowers from the group. Cords of 3…encourage gender base prayer partnering and accountability. (Ecc.4:12)

Library Ministry

You can choose to serve as an assistant librarian or one who helps with the cataloging of periodicals, etc.

Women’s Ministry

Ladies: are you looking for a wonderful way to grow in the Lord and have fun with friends at the same time? Then join us as we serve God in the Women's Ministry! Members serve, and benefit in many ways, including Bible studies, Women of the Word conferences, and much more. Other opportunities include: teaching, administration, computer skills, graphic skills, decorating, cooking, and more. Be a part of an exciting ministry that allows you to serve and grow all at the same time!
