Baptism Ministry

Baptism is one of the most visible and important steps in a believer's public profession of faith. You can play an important role in this process by assisting the pastor and baptismal candidates. This ministry team alternates months of service. Please prayerfully consider whether this is a ministry where God can use you.

Benevolence Ministry

Considers requests from those not able to meet their own needs. Benevolent offerings are received once a quarter. This ministry meets the physical needs of others, while meeting our desires to share Jesus ~ who IS the Bread of Life.

Hospital Visitation

A visit from a concerned person can make a positive difference for the hospital patient and his family. Visitors go weekly on an assigned day.

Intercessory Prayer

One of the most valuable tools in the Christian's arsenal is prayer. Ridgecrest receives hundreds of calls each month from individuals in crisis; intercessors then retrieve the prayer requests from the prayer line and pray. This ministry can even be done from your home, or you can join others in the Prayer Chapel during the morning worship services to pray specifically for the service, leaders, and worshipers. Prayer request cards are collected during the offering, and sent to the Prayer Chapel for immediate audience before God's throne. Prayerfully consider if this is a ministry to which God is calling you.
