People often ask me, “Why do you work with students?” My answer is simple, “I want to see students change the world for Christ.” In my mind, student ministry is not about Broomball or Sloppy Action Fun Night. Nor is it about loud music or designer furniture. Although I’m fortunate to be part of a student ministry that has all of that, to me, student ministry is about growing students so that they have a maturing adult faith and teaching them to influence their world for Jesus Christ. I want to see this generation of students know Christ and make Him known.
