Coffee Care Ministry

What could be more inviting to a “guest” than a hot cup of coffee to break the ice of coming into a new place on a Sunday morning? Volunteers serve on a rotational basis brewing coffee and supplying the “Ridgecrest Coffee Shop” with fresh coffee & condiments prior to the Sunday worship services. Training is provided.

Greeters

First impressions are important. When a guest or member enters the church facility, it is vital that they feel welcome. You can be part of an exciting team of smiling faces who greet those who enter our church with a word of welcome and a handshake. If you are a "people person" who enjoys showing hospitality, then come join this ministry!

Hospitality Ministry

Giving a warm welcome or ushering a person to his seat, are special ways the Hospitality Team ministers during concerts, conferences, or other special events at Ridgecrest.

Welcome Center Assistants

God has blessed our church with a wonderful facility, but all those rooms and hallways can be confusing to those who are visiting, or are unfamiliar with the layout. Some people know their way around, but aren't sure where a specific event/class/etc. is taking place. Enter the Welcome Centers! There are two—one at each end of the church foyer. You can be a tremendous blessing to others as a part of this ministry. Team members provide information, answer questions, and help others find their way around the church facility. If you love helping others, then this is a wonderful way to do it!

Parking Lot Greeters

A guest is sure to feel welcome and special when they open their car door and are greeted by a friendly person who is ready to escort them to their destination. Don’t miss the opportunity to extend Ridgecrest hospitality—it can make an eternal impact.

Ushers

As God continues to grow our church, the need for ushers grows with it. Ushers present people with a bulletin or program, help them find seating, and strive to make everyone feel comfortable during the service. Perhaps God is calling you to be a part of this vitally important ministry.
