Children at Ridgecrest

We know how important it is to guide children in the wonderful stages of change and development. We want to help children see themselves as unique and important to God and teach them the special plan He has for their lives. We want to partner with parents so that we can see children grow as Jesus did; in wisdom, stature and in favor with God and man. During these vital grade school years when the majority of faith decisions are made, there are many ways for children to be involved in opportunities for spiritual growth. The Bible tells us to teach and train our children, so Ridgecrest offers classes catered to the spiritual growth of our kids. Plan to join us Sunday mornings for Bible Study 4 Kids (BS4K) and Wednesday evenings for KidsQuest! We have family focused events throughout the year. In the summer we have an incredible week of Vacation Bible School and a faith challenging week of CentriKid camp along with a Family Mission Trip.

Sunday Morning

We have weekly Bible Study 4 Kids (BS4K) sessions starting at 9 & 10:30 AM.  Join us for 75 minutes of Bible study, activities, music and fun!

Every Sunday morning, grade school children spend time in age-suitable, activity-based interaction with teachers who make learning God’s Word enjoyable. Foundational Bible stories are used with a systematic scope and sequence that provides visible milestones to guide kids in their spiritual growth as they hear, know, and do God’s Word. All teachers have passed background checks, and they are given excellent curriculum, training and encouragement as they minister to grade school children.

Wednesday Evening

KidsQuest @ Ridgecrest will focus on teaching kids to worship, grow and serve! KidsQuest is a great way to expose your child to the Word of God, teach them about worship and give them opportunities to serve others. 
1st-6th graders will have a time of family worship, a Bible study, games, crafts and mission projects catered to their age group. KidsQuest students will study, memorize and learn to navigate God’s Word. They will also learn to echo our heart, and ultimately God’s heart for our church by serving others in our community and around the world.
We invite families to join us from 6:00 - 6:25 pm in room C11 on Children's Hall for family worship, then kids and adults will be dismissed to their age group classes.
